**Brainvita Learning Center Terms and Conditions**
1. **Enrollment and Registration**:
- To enroll in any Brainvita Learning Center program, individuals must complete the registration process, including providing accurate personal information and payment of applicable fees.
- Enrollment is subject to availability and program prerequisites, as determined by Brainvita Learning Center.
2. **Program Participation**:
- Participants are expected to actively engage in all aspects of the program, including attending classes, completing assignments, and participating in discussions and activities.
- Any concerns or special needs should be communicated to Brainvita Learning Center staff prior to enrollment.
3. **Fees and Payments**:
- Tuition fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program, unless a payment plan has been arranged and approved by Brainvita Learning Center.
- Payment methods accepted may include credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfer, or other methods specified by Brainvita Learning Center.
4. **Attendance and Absences**:
- Regular attendance is essential for maximizing the benefits of the program. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes and sessions.
- In cases of unavoidable absences, participants should notify Brainvita Learning Center as soon as possible. Makeup sessions may be offered at the discretion of Brainvita Learning Center.

- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
- Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, bullying, or unauthorized use of electronic devices, will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program.
6. **Materials and Equipment**:
- Participants are responsible for obtaining any required materials or equipment specified for their chosen program. A list of required materials will be provided upon enrollment, only if subjected to
- Brainvita Learning Center may provide certain materials or resources as part of the program, which are intended for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.
7. **Safety and Liability**:
- While Brainvita Learning Center endeavors to maintain a safe learning environment, participants acknowledge and accept inherent risks associated with program activities.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during program activities and should adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Brainvita Learning Center staff.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the learning center premises. Brainvita Learning Center does not offer food services. Participants with specific dietary requirements should make necessary arrangements.
- Participants are prohibited from bringing and consuming medicines within the learning center premises. Brainvita Learning Center does not provide any medical services or medications. Participants requiring medication should ensure they have it with them and take responsibility for their own medical needs.
8. **Intellectual Property**:
- All curriculum materials, course content, and instructional resources provided by Brainvita Learning Center are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Brainvita Learning Center materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
